Over the past few weeks Stream UK has been conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey as part of our Gold partnership with Microsoft.
The survey allows us to understand and act on customer satisfaction and loyalty information and remain competitive in our industry. In this quarter’s survey we also added custom questions to gather feedback on our core products.
27 of our clients participated in the survey and we were pleased with our results. Feedback included: “I can’t think how they can improve their services.
