  • The dedicated Webcast Administrator which gives clients the ability to create their own webcasts with customised graphics, synchronised slides and interactive features.
  • A Help archive which includes a complete list of video streaming FAQs, developed over the last 7 years, a selection of videos encoded in a graduated range of formats to allow complete deductive analysis of problems and the Stream UK code generator for easy embedding of files.
  • Downloads of encoding profiles and complete access to the Stream UK checker code which is based on the BrowserHawk service to guarantee it remains up to date with the latest browsers and environments.

The Stream UK Help and Support centre gives clients a wide range of assistance towards getting their content seen on the Internet.

The range gives tools for all parts of the process, from adding the video to web pages through to detecting any problems in the end-user environment.

Stream UK is the only webcaster in the UK to have obtained ISO 9001 certification in 'Webcasting and Associated Service'.

The award requires:

  • A health and safety manual
  • A disaster recovery manual
  • an annual inspection to make sure all is up to date.
