Some of these have been further developed, increasing the flexibility of the core code, and resulting in generic solutions with wider application. This section showcases these solutions and allows you to benefit from an advanced and mature service at a fraction of the cost of the initial development. The offerings can be taken 'off-the-peg' or used as a starting point for further customisation. Each solution is shown along with its root project and includes a recommended set of applications. Stream UK hosted and delivered the Al Gore webcast for The Guardian Newspaper from the Hay Festival 2006. The service was provisioned for up to 35,000 users. 'Thanks for your work on the webcast - it certainly looked good from my perspective' - Dean Smith, Systems Architect, The Guardian. Awards WonStream UK gained Microsoft Accreditation in 2001, at that time we were one of three companies across Europe.
