Why Do You Need a Medal?


We don't really.

Stream UK does not pursue medals, but if we're invited to apply... well then we do.

Our main award, the ISO qualification has been very useful in developing a systematic approach for day to day operations.

  

ISO 9001

Stream UK is the only webcaster in the UK to have obtained ISO 9001 certification in 'Webcasting and Associated Service'.

The award requires:

  • A complete quality control manual
  • A health and safety manual
  • A disaster recovery manual
  • an annual inspection to make sure all is up to date.

European Seal of Excellence

This prestigious awards was won in 2005, awarded by the European Multimedia Forum which works to promote excellence in organisations at a European level.
