HR Manager

The role will include:
• Recruitment – Producing and posting job adverts, short-listing CV’s, taking part with interviewing candidates.
• Preparing all necessary paperwork including employment contracts, conducting reference checks and carrying out inductions.
• Maintaining the HR database and personnel files, including variations in contract.
• Updating holiday and absence database.

The successful candidate:
• Will be pro-active
• Dynamic
• Possess a keen eye for detail
• Have strong administrative and organisational skills
• Have the ability to prioritise work
• Have excellent communication skills
• HR administration experience is essential

Salary will be between £25,000 and £30,000 depending on skills and experience.
