Technical Challenges

Transcoding and standardisation

Content is received in a huge variety of formats and from a huge variety of devices over MMS, email, FTP, webform and dropped through the letterbox!
The transcoding back-end has multiple routes to ensure optimal and successful treament of content.

Verification of content

There is a system of seven checks in place which the team has been trained to use appropriately.

In addition, the intelligent search feature allows content to be ordered according to a configurable, 20-variable search system. That means you really can find the proverbial needle.
