Barclays use Stream Connect for Barclay Card webinars.

Overview

Barclaycard hosted a series of webinars to announce  changes and developments within the financial payments industry.

The series of webinars  were broadcast using StreamUK’s webcast platform ‘Stream Connect’, a platform that allows audiences to interact with speakers, download information and access on-demand footage after each webinar.

StreamUK were responsible for bulding a bespoke and fully branded Barclay Card Webinars microsite, which contained the Stream Connect player which was all cohesive with the Barclay’s brand.

HD Delivery

All of the live content was streamed in HD quality, giving viewers excellent clarity and sound on any device.

Global distribution

The Barclay Card Webinar content was delivered via the Level3 content delivery network, distributing high quality content seamlessly worldwide.

Multiple devices

Stream Connect was made fully compatible with mobile and tablet devices, increasing accessibility from users away from their desktop.

Synchronised media

Stream Connect functionality enables users to access and download relevant documentation as well as view slides and media which is fully synchronised with the live presentation content.

Archive management

Stream Connect archived the content and made it available on-demand for registered users of the Barclay Card Webinars webcast. As a series of webcasts, this gave viewers the opportunity to catch-up on events missed, or to refer to at another time.

Fully interactive

Stream Connect’s interactive features allow users to submit questions and communicate with Barclay Card during and after the live content has been broadcast.
