The Italian giant group Banzai founded in 2008, has grown hugely, working within areas such as eCommerce, media and web design. So it’s not a great surprise to learn that online video is playing an increasingly important role within the group’s companies. This year StreamUK’s Italian sister ‘StreamIT’ was chosen to switch the Banzai group over to StreamMP in a bid to enrich a new video driven digital strategy.
The Banzai group’s Account Manager at StreamIT Francesco Coppola said: “The most interesting feature for Banzai was the ability for online video audiences to share its content via social networks more efficiently – the social media developments on MP have improved this greatly for Banzai, as they have seen Face Book and Twitter shares grow significantly”.
It’s been just a couple of months since StreamUK released ‘Tribal Technology’, a suite of technological features that promise to enhance the online video experience and user engagement for a huge variety of content owners. As an acronym, ‘Tribal’ looks to set the standard in online video best practice not only for publishers, but for their audiences as well.
The letter ‘R’ stands for ‘Real Time’, as MP developed a feature which enables users to time capture and share specific moments within video content and share them easily with others via social media platforms. The letter ‘T’, which stands for ‘Twitter’, also singles out the key social media tool, which StreamUK have described as the primary mass online video sharing platform which works harmoniously with the StreamMP sharing function.
Banzai group companies such as www.giallozafferano.it have been using StreamMP to real benefit, as the company can now use the success within its social media sharing to define more detailed demographic audience groups as well as the success rate of its scheduled shows.
