Stream UK and Digitas have once again collaborated to deliver the latest Shell Energy Debate on 15 July 2009. Stream UK will provide a moderated messaging platform in which the discussions on ‘Can technology reduce CO2 emissions?’will take place. The webchat was a lively and informative discussion between speakers and viewers at the last energy debate regarding biofuels more than 680 people attended the morning and afternoon sessions.

Stream UK, webcasting specialists, this week proved what their professional inhouse team can achieve. Last minute changes to Wyeth Pharmacuticals live webcast meant the London webcast was to move locations and take place in…Sweden.
With less than a weeks notice, Stream UK were able to source a suitable venue, fly out to perform testing, conduct site preparation and send a team of broadcasting specialists to ensure the live webcast ran smoothly on the day.

This month Stream UK Media Services has been nominated for six Streaming Media European – Readers Choice Awards. Stream UK and their products have been nominated in the following categories: Delivery Netowrk, Online Video Platform, Streaming Services Provider, Transcoding Solution, UGC Platform and Webcast Platform. Readers and customers may vote for as many categories as they wish and it only takes a few moments.
The winners will be announced in London on 15 October and awards will be presented at a gala reception at the Streaming Media Europe Show.
